5. Intellectual-property enforcement

AMAR CAS actively reserves and protects its intellectual-property, proprietary, commercial, and legal interests.

Whether civil or criminal consequences apply depends on the specific facts and statutory requirements; they are determined by the competent authorities and courts, not by this website notice.

6. No licence to patents, technology, or know-how

Nothing on this website grants, expressly or by implication, estoppel, acquiescence, or otherwise, any licence or right under:
